3rd Grade

Hey there! My name is Sarah Martinez, and I am so excited to be teaching 3rd grade this year! I am the oldest of 3 girls and I graduated right here from Plano Senior High. I attended Abilene Christian University where I majored in Elementary Childhood-4th grade. This year will mark over 16 years teaching! I have been married for over16 years, and we have 3 kids. Our daughter is a Junior at Plano East and our twin boys are Sophomores at McMillen High School. This season of life is crazy, busy, fun, and I love getting to share it with my Memorial family.

Howdy, I am from college station where I was also a math and science teacher for 3rd grade. I love learning and helping the students make those learning connections between school and real life! I want my students to leave my class with a love for math and science!

Hello! My name is Teresa Nocella, and I am going to be your child's 3rd grade Math & Science teacher this year. I am so excited to get started and just know we are going to have such a great year together. This will be another year at Memorial, and over 9 years teaching elementary school in the area. I received my bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona and have one beautiful son named Nicolas. I grew up here in Plano and graduated from Plano East Senior High back in 2002. On the weekends you can find me at the movies or trying out new restaurants around town with my family. I love to travel and always take a big summer road trip with my son. I look forward to the year ahead and working with all of your children. I know that together we can achieve great things this year!

Hello! How are you? I'm so excited to be a 3rd grade Dual Language teacher. I have over 19 wonderful years of teaching experience.

I started in the Dallas School District for 8 years as a Newcomer and 1st grade teacher. I moved to Wylie and was in the district for 5 years as a Bilingual teacher in the two-way Dual Language program.  Finally, I'm thrilled to arrive in the Plano School District to teach in the Bilingual program, which is now the one-way Dual Language program. I graduated from Texas A&M Kingsville with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology. I then received a Master's degree in Bilingual Education from SMU (Southern Methodist University).

Hello, families, I'm Ms. Davila from Venezuela, my first love language is Spanish, describe myself as a Christian believer, this is another year teaching at memorial and I have over 5 years in Plano ISD, I do believe in education and how can change our life because I'm a testimony of that. I teach and work with kids; supporting them academically is one of my passions, I do love to see their little faces shine every time they accomplish their goals. Welcome and I'm excited to be here.
